Yes. A professional interpreter can be arranged for, but additional costs and time may occur.
Do you offer payment plans?

Current services are set up with a 25% deposit, and the remainder of the fee charged after completion of the report. Inquire whether a payment plan can be set up.
Can you do evaluations if the client lives in a rural area?

Yes. As long as the client has access to good internet connection, evaluations can be conducted throughout WA & CO.
If my case fails, am I entitled to a refund?

No. Evaluation reports do not guarantee a positive result, but can support the strength of the case. Regardless of outcomes, fees are collected on the mentioned schedule.
How quickly could I get my report, if I paid for expedited service?

The general range for an expedited report would be 1-2 weeks. If you communicate any deadlines, we may be able to create a report within before then.
Why does the report cost so much?

The fee for the reports includes various components, including but not limited to reviewing relevant paperwork, communicating with your legal team, conducting the evaluation and assessments, and synthesizing all information into a legal 10-15 page report to be used in your case. We pride ourselves on creating comprehensive, thorough, and professional documentation that requires time and expertise.
