Why “Sájvva”?

Our name, Sájvva, comes from Sámi mythology. In Sámi tradition, Sájvva (also spelled Sáivu) refers to a sacred realm—an invisible, mirrored world beneath lakes or mountains that is full of abundance and is a better version of our world.

It is a place of healing, clarity, and ancestral wisdom. Sájvva is not separate from our own, but a deeper layer of it: one that holds the knowledge, strength, and restoration needed for those navigating life’s most complex transitions.

Sájvva Clinical Services reflects its name by providing:

  •  A safe space for healing and guidance

  • A mirror world of support and reflection during times of uncertainty

  • And access to inner wisdom and resilience, especially during profound life changes—such as immigration, trauma recovery, and professional development.

Our Vision

Sájvva Clinical Services exists to provide ethical, evidence-based mental health services with cultural attunement and respect for each person’s path. Whether you're seeking a therapeutic space to heal, a professional lens for supervision, or an evaluation for immigration relief, we walk with you—with care, clarity, and intention.
