A 25% deposit is due to reserve your evaluation session(s). The remaining balance is due before the report is released.
We do not bill insurance for evaluations.
Evaluation Process

Consult with your legal team to assess whether an evaluation is needed or necessary in your case.

Make a request with Sájvva Clinical Services to set up an evaluation.

Once scheduled, 25% of the fee for the evaluation will be gathered.

Additionally, paperwork will need to be filled out to prior to the session to determine where to focus the evaluation process.

A 1-2 hour appointment(s) will be scheduled and conducted via a HIPAA compliant video platform.

The assessment is comprehensive and will evaluate mental and physical health, cultural and systemic perspectives, personal and family history, trauma history, and other relevant information related to your immigration case.

A report will be created using the information from the interviews, which will range between 10-15 pages.

The completion of these reports can be expected within 2-4 weeks.

Provide any timelines to be taken into consideration.

If expedited reports are needed, additional fees may apply.

Once payment has been made in full, the evaluation will be submitted to your lawyer.
